RETURNS
We have a 72hour return policy, which means you have 72hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that we do not accept garments back that have makeup marks, stains and or smell of body odur, perfume.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. STINGEM has the right to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of any of the above it will be returned to the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stingem.online. The cost of the return is paid by the customer not Stingem.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email photos of the above to info@stingem.online so we can determine the next course of action. Stingem will assess the product upon its return. If the garment has been worn we will not deem the product as faulty.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
There are no exchanges on any sale items.
REFUNDS
We do not REFUND for change of mind situations.
For change of mind situations, we will issue a credit note to be open for 2 years on our website. If the item(s) is deemed faulty by Stingem a refund will be returned to customer.
